By accessing or using AdaptHire, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old
- All information provided must be accurate and up to date
2. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You must not share your login credentials
- You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account
3. Platform Usage
You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Upload harmful, abusive, or illegal content
- Attempt unauthorized access to the platform
- Use the platform for spam, scams, or fraudulent activities
We reserve the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action, including account suspension or reporting to authorities if required.
4. Job Listings & Applications
- AdaptHire is a technology platform only and does not guarantee job placement
- Employers are solely responsible for job postings and hiring decisions
- Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles and applications
- AdaptHire is not involved in offer negotiations, background checks, or employment contracts
5. Intellectual Property
All platform content, including logos, design, code, and branding, is the exclusive property of AdaptHire and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without written permission.
6. Account Termination
- Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- Remove content that breaches platform policies
Users may delete their accounts at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Hiring decisions made by employers
- User interactions, disputes, or communications
- Data loss due to unforeseen technical issues
The platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
8. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
